Stage 6: Chinatong bridge (2500 m) across Nogtong La (3670 m) down to the village Aben (2273 m)

7.5 hours, 1150 meters ascending, 1400 meters descending

The fist four hours of ascent are very dry - no water available until a spring is reached after a 1100 m ascent to about 3500m.
