Mouth of the glacier is at 2850m altitude (28°22'33''N, 98°38'18''E), a turbulent river emerges from the 5m high and 10m wide glacier mouth. The ice front is 200m wide und 80m high. More...
The glacier toung is about 6km long and has an almost flat slope. It is covered with a thick layer of gravel and rocks. Trees are growing on the gravel layer on top of the glacier.
It is not so easy to reach the glacier...
